We strive to provide you with great service, great support, and great food and we want to hear about your experiences but we also know that things don’t always work out. So, if you have good news or bad, contact us and let us know how we are doing.
Contact our customer service professionals for information, inquiries about our program or products, good news – or problems that we need to address. One of our customer service representatives will get back to you as soon as we can.
Contact our shipping department for queries or issues about your packages. We are happy to help you track a package – or suggest ways that you can ensure that your package arrives safely. We can also address issues that you may have in your order.
Our support team can help solve any problems that you have using our system or issues that you see with our website. We are here to help.
You can call our main number during normal business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, M-F) or shoot us an email by clicking on the department you need. Don’t worry if you can’t decide which department can help the most – we’ll forward it on to the right person. If you send an email within normal working hours, we do our best to get back to you the same day and if it arrives after our day has ended – we’ll respond first thing the next business day.
